2. Breach Notice Terms and Conditions
If the Breach Notice fee remains unpaid after 21 days we will send a Final Notice.
If you are issued a Final Notice and you do not pay the sun specified within 21 days, then debt collection proceedings will commence at Baycorp or the Disputes Tribunal and additional cost will be incurred.
If you dispute your parking Breach Notice and were in the car park for a valid reason, you can:
1. Lodge a Breach Dispute at www.cpadministration.co.nz . Disputes must be received within 21 days of the Breach Notice date to be considered for review. Appeals will be placed on hold until your case is reviewed;
and / or
2. Take a claim in the Disputes Tribunal against us. If you take such claim and you are successful in your claim, then we will reimburse you the cost of the Disputes Tribunal Application Fee.
3. Consent
By using our website, you hereby consent to our disclaimer and agree to its terms.
4. Online Payment Facility
CP Administration provides a payment facility for motor vehicle owners to make payments for Parking Breach Notices.
Payments are processed by Paymark Solutions (Worldline).
Refund Policy
In the event that payment of a Breach is made in error, you may apply to CP Administration for a refund of your payment., which if approved, will be processed in 7 working days.
Returns Policy
As payments for Parking Breach Notices are made after such notices are issued, we do not have a returns policy.
Delivery Policy
As payments for Parking Breach Notices are made after such notices are issued, we do not have a delivery policy.
Cancellation Policy
As payments for Parking Breach Notices are made after such notices are issued, we do not have a cancellation policy.
Disputes Resolution Policy
In the event that a customer, disputes a Charge as a result of making an online payment, the customer should:
contact hello@centralpark.kiwi outlining the basis of the Dispute
attach any evidence to support the Dispute (e.g receipts or bank statements)
In the event that CP Administration, after reviewing information, considers that the basis of the Dispute is valid and that an error as been made of that systems have resulted in incorrect charging, they will refund the amount in dispute.
Personal Credit Card Information
No personal credit card information is retained by CP Administration.
